Menara 238 (formerly known as Menara Marinara) is located in the heart of KL city centre at the junction of Jalan Tun Razak and Jalan Raja Muda Abdul Aziz.

It is now under the proprietorship of Danaharta Hartanah Sdn Bhd and currently managed by Prokhas Sdn Bhd (Prokhas).

Menara 238 completed its refurbishment exercise of converting the entire building into a 40-storey office building.

With a gross floor area of 958,202.51 sq ft and a net lettable area of approximately 490,975.30 sq ft, the building is divided into several segments i.e. ground floor showrooms, enterprise floor, corporate floors, recreational floor and parking area (basement and podium).
